Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within South Africa We ship nationwide using reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over R2000
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier.
